If the photo you sent is not of good quality, we will try to enhance it as best as possible. If the picture is still not workable after enhancement, we will contact you via email.

Of course! We offer a paid option called Artwork Preview Before Shipment. For a small fee, you can request changes/revisions before the final product is sent to production and shipped.

Our services are available for all skin colors and tones. We match the person's skin color to the chosen portrait, ensuring that any portrait works with any skin color or shade.

Please refer to the shipping time we offer at checkout. It will provide the expected delivery time. The usual shipping time is up to 2 weeks for most orders (See below for order timeline details). You can also request "Skip The Line" or expedited shipping at checkout.
